Founded by a radiologist and a hardware and software engineer, Dextro was born from the everyday challenges facing radiologists and radiology practices nationwide. Working together in the same environment allowed our founders to identify these challenges firsthand and develop practical, real-world solutions—not pie-in-the-sky concepts.
From portable diagnostic workstations and advanced workflow engines to complete radiology reading systems, every Dextro solution is designed for daily use. Our goal is to give radiologists the freedom to work beyond the traditional dark reading room, whether they are at home, traveling, or supporting multiple facilities.
By improving mobility, workflow, and connectivity, Dextro helps radiologists work more efficiently while enabling radiology practices to expand their capabilities and deliver better patient care.

Based in Tampa Florida, Dextro Imaging Solutions has provided advanced technology solutions to radiology and teleradiology groups nationwide for more than a decade. With a network of over 300 technicians across the country, we can deliver and professionally install your radiology workstation wherever it is needed.
Our Tampa manufacturing facility, Lakeland support center, and strategically located storage facilities enable rapid product deployment throughout the United States. Unlike traditional computer technicians, our team is trained in radiology, PACS solutions, diagnostic displays, and specialized reading workstations.

Manufacturing
Dextro Imaging Solutions manufactures and assembles its advanced radiology products in Tampa, Florida, while partnering with trusted manufacturing facilities in China for select components and production support. This global approach allows us to maintain strict quality standards while delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective imaging solutions.
Distribution
Dextro Imaging Solutions provides national and international distribution to customers around the world. We can securely store products and inventory for our clients and ship them directly to their facilities or customers whenever and wherever they are needed.
