As CEO of Dextro Imaging Solutions, he combines his clinical expertise with a background in chemical engineering to develop practical technologies that improve radiology workflow, efficiency, and patient care. Dr. Esposito is also the founder of PACS Harmony and the creator of patented workflow-orchestration technology designed to help radiologists work more efficiently across multiple imaging systems. 

 Felix Garcia is a healthcare technology executive and radiology systems innovator with more than two decades of experience in healthcare IT, diagnostic imaging, and operational leadership. As a founder of Dextro Imaging Solutions, he has led the development of portable diagnostic workstations and patented multi-PACS reading systems that allow radiologists to work securely and efficiently across multiple healthcare organizations. His experience as a PACS administrator, hospital technology leader, and Six Sigma Black Belt gives him a practical understanding of the clinical and technical challenges facing modern radiology practices. 

 Sheila Sorensen is an accomplished business operations and marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic growth, brand development, client relations, and organizational management. As Director of Business Operations and Marketing at Dextro Imaging Solutions, she oversees the company’s day-to-day business activities while helping expand its presence throughout the medical-imaging industry. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and customer-focused approach help ensure that every client receives responsive service and a seamless experience—from the initial inquiry through purchasing, delivery, and ongoing support. 

 Anthony Garcia is the Lead Field Technician at Dextro Imaging Solutions, responsible for national and international installations, repairs, upgrades, and large-scale hardware deployments. He works directly with hospitals, imaging centers, radiology practices, and individual radiologists to install and support diagnostic monitors, reading stations, portable systems, and related equipment. Anthony’s technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on approach help ensure every Dextro system is installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and ready for dependable clinical use. 

 Ivy Fang serves as Dextro Imaging Solutions’ Director of Sales for Asia and Europe, helping expand the company’s international presence and develop relationships with healthcare organizations, distributors, and technology partners. With more than a decade of experience in the global medical-display industry, she brings extensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging technology, international markets, and cross-border business development. Ivy works closely with Dextro and its manufacturing partners to connect hospitals and imaging providers with advanced diagnostic monitors, radiology workstations, and workflow solutions tailored to their clinical and operational needs. 

 Tommie Robles leads Dextro Imaging Solutions’ sales efforts throughout Central and South America, supporting customers across Spanish-speaking markets. She works closely with healthcare organizations, radiology practices, and regional partners to identify the right diagnostic imaging and portable workstation solutions for their needs. Tommie also assists with Spanish-language marketing, product outreach, customer education, and ongoing support, helping Dextro provide responsive, personalized service throughout the region.
